The FY27–FY32 Capital Transportation Program is Delaware’s current six-year capital planning framework. DelDOT says it develops the six-year program every two years. The implementation and development plans help readers follow project phases and anticipated spending by fiscal year. A project appearing in a plan is not a guarantee that every phase will proceed on the original schedule.
